Adam has worked in the General Insurance Industry for more than 30 years mostly in the Corporate Underwriting area, he brings that experience to the Operations Manager role & also services our Crop Insurance clientele where he is well credentialed.

Having grown up in the Riverland, and recently moving to the Fleurieu Peninsula, Emma knows the importance of living & working in Regional Communities. Focussing on the specific needs of her clients, Emma is able to use her qualified industry knowledge & experience to tailor the best solutions for her customers.
Bill Breakey
Claims Manager
The most important part of an Insurance Contract is when the policy needs to respond in the event of a loss. As our dedicated Claims Manager, Bill provides expertise in assisting our customers navigate through the claims process & will help negotiate successful outcomes even in the most difficult of circumstances.

Pivotal to the success of our Insurance Brokerage are our Personal & Small Business Customers. Julie not only provides internal support for our Account Managers, but forms part of the team critical to servicing the needs of our customers & delivering the best outcome by sourcing practical affordable solutions.

Haley is our ‘go to’ person. Having worked at Fleurieu & Hills Insurance for a number of years, not only does Haley provide exceptional customer service to our key clients, she has a deep understanding of how our business functions & the wider insurance industry & is a great support to the Business Partners & her fellow colleagues.

Whilst Caitlin has only recently joined the Insurance Industry, she has a background in customer care & her attention to detail allows her to focus on finding solutions for our clients. Having recently completed her Industry qualifications, Caitlin will be providing Admin support & servicing our Personal Lines Portfolio.

Samantha has only recently returned to the Insurance Industry having a period away to focus on her young family. To have someone of Sammi’s experience & professionalism rejoin our team has been invaluable, she is able to fulfill a number of different roles within our business & provides amazing support to our younger staff members & claims team.
